About Elysian Creativity & Wellbeing

A creative life is an amplified life. It is a bigger life, a happier life, and expanded life, and a hell of a lot more interesting life.
Elizabeth Gilbert – “Eat, Pray, Love”

I am a Creative Arts Facilitator and Creative Therapist, and a wellness practitioner in training. I’ve been fascinated – some might say obsessed – with crafting and creativity since I was a child.

Over the last decade I’ve become increasingly curious and explored the impact it has on our mind and body.

Through a journey of self-discovery and the occasional course along the way, I thought it was time to validate the theory, and formalise my creativity experience with qualifications and training.

I’m a qualified Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapies Practitioner, having taken a year-long course in Therapeutic Arts approved by The International Institute of Complementary Therapists, The Complementary Medical Association and the The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.

As of 2024 I’m also training as a clinical aromatherapist and running regular public and private workshops for a range of clients and groups.
